The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. Independence! I think I love it because I have always been so independent. I’m grateful for it and the ability to be so. Thank you to everyone who allowed this honor.
Now many will be celebrating and that often means food. (Admit it…fatty foods!) So instead of some of the fattier versions. Look for lower cal recipes of things. I have a potato salad recipe that is really good and lower cal. There’s also pasta salads that don’t have to be bad for you. You just have to be prepared to try different versions of things.
