So I have to work 10.5 hours tonight and of course I can’t sleep. What is up with that? It’s like I know that I am going to be exhausted and yet my body is REFUSING to sleep. I am like, “Go to sleep!” It is like, “NO!” I’m not happy with this war going on within myself.
So I took my blender to work and tried a shake to see how that worked to keep me full. It did help. I stayed full for like 3.5-4 hours from it. I think that is pretty good for a shake/smoothie. It also tasted pretty good. It was full of protein and flavor. I think I am going to continue using these. Really good way to stop the munchies at work. (Wish I had one right now actually!)
