This is something that helps beat my sweet cravings. Easy and healthy. Fix this every few days and keep in the fridge.
1 golden Delicious apple, diced
1 can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1 each banana, chopped
1 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
1 cup vanilla yogurt, lowfat
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
Mix all together and refrigerate.
2 Fruits. 1/2 Carb.
